The post went on to say, “This is not a gimmicky social media post! It all has to end, but you can’t quite understand how it feels until it finally happens. I I will feel empty about this decision, I will be dissatisfied, but I will not regret it.”

Maverick said he considers himself very lucky for all the love and support he has received from his fans over the years, and thanked them. He also asked people not to ask him about it at this time.

“We’ll be back after we regroup,” her message concluded.
